Gary Numan Intruder Tour 2022 The Basement East - Nashville, TN On Monday March 7, 2022 at exactly 10pm ... I took this image just 2 hours before Gary Anthony James Webb a.k.a. Numan would turn 64. For me, this is the most perfect image of the evening and probably the most significant of my career because of what it represents. As I was processing, the gradient background called out to black and white and as I adjusted my tones I discovered that I could remove Gary's makeup from that evening's performance. What I was left with was a portrait of an amazing artist who has claimed & maintained his relevancy in the musical world for decades. He is an inspiration to me in my life and I hope that my capture reflects that. (Monday March 7, 2022, 10pm Nashville)
